Maybe you’ve received my newsletter, Mindful Matters, read my posts on LinkedIn or occasionally on Facebook, or we’ve chatted at an event (in-person or virtual) over the past few years. You likely know that I’m passionate about the impact we can have when we pause to become present to the moment at hand.

With today’s uncertainties, it’s more important than ever to be able to pause to be present so we can navigate effectively in the world, leading in our own unique ways.

That’s why I’m excited to share with you that my book, The Leadership Pause: Sharpen Your Attention, Deepen Your Presence, and Navigate the Future will finally be published on Tuesday, July 12th, 2022.

In it, you’ll read inspirational stories, explore practices to try out, and follow a step-by-step method for expanding and amplifying your influence as a conscious leader – mindful, embodied, generative – who longs to make your difference!
