Looking forward to seeing you all in a few days. A few things for this week as we move into Meaning & Movement in Week 4:

  1. As you review How to Work with Triggers, come prepared to share one learning that’s become clear to you as you worked your way through the worksheet. Identifying our triggers, and the reasons behind them is a key step in calming chaos and dialing down pressure.
  2. Do complete the Energy Audit prior to Week 4’s class. It’ll be revealing and maybe even a smidge uncomfortable. It’s ok since that’s the place to start. Then look at the Energy Renewing Practices – they’ll give you some ideas about how to work with your energy in the days ahead.
  3. Let yourself tune into what might support you after the class ends & dream a little about what that could look like. I’ll ask.
